  • Any queries received after the specified timeline will not be entertained.
  • Exchange will be accepted only if the products are returned in an UN-USED. condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging.
  • Items will be exchanged at the current selling price.
  • Original receipt or invoice is required for all exchanges.
  • If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, edenrobe will cover the return shipping cost.
